We are seeking a highly skilled and technically oriented Technical Delivery Manager to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will serve as the technical lead for onboarding new enterprise clients and managing complex integration projects for existing customers. Acting as the primary technical advisor and strategist, you will design robust, scalable solutions that align with our clients' business goals while ensuring seamless deployment and integration of Field Nation.
This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our customers’ complex business needs and our technical capabilities. You will collaborate cross-functionally with clients, product, operations, and support teams to ensure successful outcomes. The ideal candidate is a master communicator—equally comfortable whiteboarding system architecture with engineers and presenting solution value to executive stakeholders. Your primary mission is to build unwavering trust with our clients by understanding their unique challenges and architecting integrations that are not only technically sound but also drive tangible business outcomes.
Requirements
~1 min readBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Proven, hands-on experience designing and implementing complex system integrations for large enterprise customers.
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Technical Delivery Manager, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager).
Deep understanding of integration patterns, principles, and technologies, including:
APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and web services.
Authentication and Authorization standards such as OAuth 2.0, SAML, and OpenID Connect.
Data formats like JSON and XML.
Event-driven architecture, webhooks, and messaging queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
Proficiency with APIs, migration processes, and technical troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
Highly organized, collaborative, and solution oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership with a demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, manage stakeholder expectations and build consensus.
Hands-on experience in technical project delivery for enterprise clients, including project planning and coordination.

Strong background in SaaS architecture, system integration, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Experience integrating with common enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Workday.
Ability to read and understand code in one or more programming languages.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
