Role Summary

As a Senior Account Manager, you are a committed, proactive and highly organised professional. Reporting to the Head of Account Management, you will be responsible for managing, developing and retaining a portfolio of strategic and complex clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will support clients at both a local and global level, combining strategic thinking with operational excellence. 

 

What You'll Do 

Client Retention & Business Development Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, objectives and travel programme to provide tailored recommendations. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention and long-term loyalty. Monitor contractual commitments and service quality to ensure expectations are consistently met. Work closely with the Marketing team to secure and document client testimonials and success stories. Identify and convert commercial growth opportunities within existing accounts. Maximise account profitability by recommending value-added solutions that meet client needs.

Strategic Consulting Act as a trusted advisor to Travel Managers and key stakeholders. Prepare and lead detailed business reviews, providing strategic and operational recommendations. Identify opportunities to optimise travel programmes, improve processes and reduce costs.

Internal Coordination Act as the key interface between clients and internal teams, including Operations, Project Managers, Technology and Support teams. Maintain accurate CRM records and account plans. Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely and effective responses to client requirements.

External Representation Represent the company professionally with clients and external partners. Advocate for client interests internally and with suppliers. Participate in industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to promote the company's services and expertise. 

Project Management Assess project opportunities and expected business benefits. Define project timelines, priorities and resource requirements. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout project delivery. Oversee testing, implementation and communication to ensure successful project outcomes. 

 

Ideal Candidate 

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an Account Management or Client Relationship Management role, ideally
    within the Business Travel industry.
  • Degree in Business, Management, Tourism or a related field.
  • Fluent French and English are essential. Intermediate Spanish is considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience using CRM systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Proactive, autonomous and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to build strong relationships across international teams.
