We, Foleon, a Dutch scale-up with HQ in Amsterdam and an office in Brooklyn NYC are looking for an Account Executive.

You will help drive the growth of Foleon in US. For the last couple of years, we accomplished tremendous growth, year over year. And for the upcoming years, we want to exceed the numbers we did previously!

With an ever growing demand for our product in the US region, we need an eager and experienced sales professional. Mind you, You won’t be alone! You will be assisted by a team of experienced BDR’s, and Customer Success Managers.

An Account Executive at Foleon will spend their day speaking to prospective customers, diagnosing business challenges, and showcasing our product's value. Rather than hard sell, as a trusted advisor, your focus is on understanding our market inside out and using your passion and people skills to guide prospects in making informed decisions.

You'll manage a dynamic pipeline, handling various opportunities to drive revenue for the company and providing a solid ROI for our customers.

  • Full cycle sales position progressing new business opportunities from inception to close.

  • Regularly meet or exceed monthly/quarterly new business targets.

  • Self-source at least 25% of your pipeline to maintain healthy coverage.

  • Take a consultative approach when engaging and presenting to prospective customers, emphasizing business value over feature/function.

  • Flex your business acumen by leading discovery, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.

  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate resources.

  • Execute our proven processes to maintain pipeline hygiene and forecasting in Hubspot.

  • Keep Foleon honest by articulating customer needs, issues and trends to the product team.

  • Represent Foleon at trade shows, industry events and other off-site engagements.

  • Naturally curious with a genuine desire to uncover customer pains, business goals and connect them to the value and impact of the Foleon platform.

  • True ownership over the results; always finding a way to ensure an appropriate level of pipeline coverage to achieve their targets.

Requirements

  • You are a top performer in a sales role with 3+ years of experience closing new business in the technology sector or similar complex sales cycles.

  • You have a track record of achieving or exceeding sales quota.

  • Familiar with the marketing technology sector

  • Demonstrable experience in a role requiring consultative selling. Comfortable with sales cycles ranging from 1-6 months.

  • Proven experience sourcing your own sales opportunities

  • Highly effective in both written and oral communication.

Training and development: In addition to biannual RKOs for formal training, we offer every salesperson access 1-to-1 coaching, self-guided study materials, and enablement material to maximize your potential.

Path to promotion: Foleon has a six-stage classification model for Account Executives. This role is level 3. Account Executives are eligible for promotion after exceeding their targets for four consecutive quarters.
