Talent Manager

Translates full team member lifecycle ownership — sourcing through onboarding, early tenure, and offboarding — into one connected strategy and grows proactive sourcing capability — measured by the share of hires that come through proactive outreach — so hiring stays consistently ahead of need.

Holds the team accountable to a strong execution bar, and uses time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and offer-acceptance data to keep the pipeline moving at a pace hiring managers can count on.

Makes clear, well-reasoned calls on sourcing strategy and hiring-manager prioritization, and communicates the reasoning behind those decisions so managers and the team know what to expect next.

Builds Foundant's hiring-manager partnership company-wide and partners closely with peers across People, because recruiting, onboarding, and people operations work best as one connected experience.

Invests real time in the team's growth — coaching, honest feedback, and development plans — alongside holding a high bar for execution, because growth and strong execution reinforce each other.
