The Associate Director of Sales Operations & Support serves as a key member of the Revenue Operations team, supporting the systems, processes, reporting, and training that enable Genesys Works' Corporate Partnerships team to operate effectively. This role helps maintain data quality, supports Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud adoption, develops reporting and dashboards, coordinates training initiatives, and assists with business process improvement efforts across multiple departments. Working closely with national and site Corporate Partnerships leadership, this position helps ensure consistent execution of organizational processes while providing staff with the tools, resources, and support needed to achieve organizational goals.

Genesys Works is a national non-profit that has been advancing economic mobility for the past 20 years. Genesys Works has helped over 10,000 talented students from diverse communities to prepare for college and their first professional job and to succeed in both.

With a presence in nine cities and a plan to expand in the coming years, the Genesys Works National Sales team focuses on securing internships and partnerships with major employers in support of our strategic growth initiatives and innovative new offerings that allow us to serve more students and have a greater impact.

The Genesys Works team is looking for a values-driven individual who wants to make an impact by empowering young people and expanding access to meaningful career opportunities. Strong candidates are energized by the chance to help students succeed while contributing to a more diverse and inclusive workforce.

We need a strong collaborator who brings a strategic, creative, and solutions-oriented mindset. Someone who communicates effectively, builds strong relationships, and connects day-to-day work to broader organizational goals—whether in direct service or behind the scenes.

Our organizational values are putting our young people first, collaboration, sustainability, equity, and respect. These values are woven across all sites, teams, and positions. If you are someone who applies an equity lens in your approach, proactively identifies opportunities to reduce barriers and improve outcomes, this could be the next great fit you’re looking for.
