Support and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS as the primary cloud platform, with exposure to Azure.
Deploy, configure, and maintain AWS services including EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS/Aurora, S3, Route 53, ALB/NLB, CloudWatch, and Lambda.
Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and related tools.
Implement and manage infrastructure using Terraform and other Infrastructure as Code practices.
Support highly available, scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud environments.
Configure and maintain networking components including VPCs, subnets, routing tables, security groups, NACLs, DNS, VPNs, and load balancers.
Apply cloud security best practices, including IAM policies, least-privilege access, secrets management, encryption, and secure deployment practices.
Monitor infrastructure and applications, configure alerts, and help investigate and resolve availability, performance, and security issues.
Participate in troubleshooting and resolution of production incidents and contribute to post-incident improvements.
Write automation and operational scripts using Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual operational work through automation and process improvements.
Collaborate with software engineering, product, and security teams to support application and infrastructure requirements.
Contribute to improving deployment processes, operational standards, reliability, and developer experience.
Maintain clear and up-to-date runbooks, architecture documentation, infrastructure documentation, and operational procedures.
Stay current with cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and emerging infrastructure trends.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or a similar infrastructure-focused role.
At least 1 year of hands-on production experience with AWS.
Practical experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure and supporting production environments.
Working knowledge of core AWS services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS/Aurora, Route 53, ALB/NLB, CloudWatch, and Lambda.
Experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions.
Hands-on experience with Terraform or another Infrastructure as Code tool.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN/IPsec, firewalls, security groups, and TLS.
Understanding of cloud security principles, including IAM, least privilege, secrets management, access controls, and secure infrastructure design.
Ability to write automation scripts using Bash and/or Python.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a strong ownership mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams and communicate technical issues clearly.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

AWS certification such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate.
Experience with Microsoft Azure.
Experience with CloudFormation or AWS CDK.
Experience with observability and security platforms such as Datadog, Coralogix, Rapid7, or SentinelOne.
Exposure to microservices architectures and API-driven applications.
Experience with containers and container orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with incident management, on-call practices, and production reliability.
Understanding of cloud cost optimization and FinOps principles.
Experience working in an AI/ML or SaaS environment.
