Analyse product, customer, and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
Use Python and SQL to clean, analyse, and visualise data.
Support machine learning initiatives through model evaluation, error analysis, data preparation, and performance monitoring.
Contribute to LLM/GenAI initiatives, including prompt testing and AI output evaluation.
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define metrics, analyse product performance, and support data-driven decisions.
Build lightweight analytical tools, scripts, and automation to improve team productivity.
Identify data quality issues and improve reporting accuracy and reliability.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, BI, Analytics Engineering, or a related role.
Strong Python and SQL skills.
Experience with dashboarding and data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Grafana, Streamlit, Dash, or Plotly.
Good understanding of statistics, machine learning concepts, and model evaluation.
Experience working with structured and semi-structured datasets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with LLMs, GenAI, APIs, Git, cloud services, or automation tools is an advantage.
Familiarity with integrations such as Zapier and Maxio is a plus.
