- Drive digital transformation initiatives and/or cloud collaboration platform deployments.
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues.
- Manage relationships with senior/high-level stakeholders, keeping them aligned and informed.
- Coordinate across teams (technical, business, vendors) to ensure smooth execution.
- Report on program progress, milestones, and outcomes to leadership.
- Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope.
- Resolve conflicts, blockers, and cross-team dependencies as they arise.
Requirements
~1 min read- 5+ years' experience managing large-scale IT programs (500+ users).
- 3+ years' experience specifically in digital transformation and/or cloud-based collaboration platform deployment.
- Recognized Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Proven experience managing senior stakeholders, resource allocation, and risk.
- Program/project management (planning, execution, delivery)
- Stakeholder management (senior/executive level)

- Resource allocation & budgeting
- Digital transformation experience
- Cloud collaboration platform deployment experience
- PMP / PRINCE2 (or equivalent) certification
