- Coordinate and track tasks assigned by department management to ensure timely completion within program timelines.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes effectively.
- Oversee communication management and ensure consistent stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including clients, Sampath Bank leadership, and internal project teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered within defined scope, timelines, and quality standards.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelors Degree in IT, Management, or Project Management from a recognized university, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Prior project management experience is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Capability to work extended hours and independently when required.
