Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
7+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years leading engineering teams or in people management.
Strong background in Agile development and modern engineering practices.
Proven experience managing product engineering teams and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience delivering complex software products, owning quality, timelines, and business outcomes.
Experience recruiting, mentoring, and developing engineering talent.
Hands-on technical expertise to support teams through complex challenges.
Strong understanding of software architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
