We are looking for a skilled and driven Sr. Quality Engineer to join a leading aerospace organization, where quality, precision, and compliance are paramount. As a Principal Specialist, Quality Assurance, you will lead teams through Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations, addressing non-conformances, production deviations, and customer complaints with a focus on long-term solutions. 

• →Facilitate and lead cross-functional team in, Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations, including identifying non-conformances, providing solutions, tracking issues to closure. Implement projects and processes to ensure overall quality is continuously improving
• →Lead quality investigations related to production deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints.
• →Review and approve manufacturing process changes, validations, and product documentation.
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Zero, PFMEA, MPR projects and process optimization.
• →Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on quality tools, methods, and statistical analysis.
• →Leading root cause corrective action (RCCA) and applying quality methodology and tool
• →Strong understanding of process validation, and statistical methods.
• →Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the site Quality Management System (QMS), including document control and record management.
• →Prepare and maintain compliance documentation and records to ensure adherence to AS9100, FAA, and other applicable industry standards; support external certification and customer audits.
