We are looking for a proactive and driven Inside Sales Representative to support our international business development efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, engaging with global prospects, and creating new business opportunities in the IT software services space.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Generate and qualify leads by identifying and engaging with target accounts
- →Initiate conversations with potential clients to introduce company offerings and build interest
- →Conduct market research and data profiling to identify key decision-makers (CIO, CTO, COO, VP IT, IT Head, etc.)
- →Reach out to C-level executives via email, calls, and professional networking platforms
- →Schedule meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team
- →Maintain and update customer information accurately in CRM systems
- →Follow up consistently with prospects and internal sales teams on active opportunities
- →Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing conversations
- →Gather contact details through various sources such as company websites, LinkedIn, and databases
- →Qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns and events
Requirements
~1 min read- Minimum 1 Year of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development (preferably in IT software products/services)
- MBA in Sales & Marketing or a relevant field
- Strong research and prospecting skills with the ability to identify key stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (email & phone)
- Comfortable interacting with senior-level executives
- Proficient in internet research and CRM tools
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing
- Content creation or communication-driven marketing exposure
