We’re looking for a high-energy, ambitious Sales Development Rep. to help us grow faster. If you’re motivated by meaningful conversations, energized by qualifying leads, and love booking high-quality meetings, this role is for you.
Our Sales team has a unique mission to help make government contractors aware of the deep impact that GovDash's platform can have on their ability to win and manage contracts.
GovDash is transforming how government contractors win and manage business. Our platform simplifies the complex capture and proposal process, giving contractors the tools they need to pursue, track, and secure opportunities efficiently. As a growing startup, we’re looking for an SDR to help us drive go-to-market success and fuel our growth.
You will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, helping them determine that GovDash makes sense to explore or bring into their evaluation process.
Responsibilities

Be the first touchpoint for potential customers, driving awareness and interest

Qualify inbound leads and execute outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, loom, etc.)

Book Qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives
- →
Attend events to drive leads and pipeline
- →
Collaborate with Growth and other GTM team members to refine messaging and outreach strategy
- →
Maintain clean CRM data and help drive pipeline insights
Have 1–3 years of experience in an SDR or BDR role (bonus if SaaS)
Love pushing the limits and experimenting with your outreach
Are a strong communicator: clear, persuasive, and curious
Located in or around the DC Metro area
Love learning, testing new ideas, and moving quickly
Thrive in fast-paced environments and want real ownership
Want to jump start your career in sales
Are energized by building something from the ground up
