  Operate the dishwashing machine to clean and sanitize dishes, trays, silverware, glassware, pots, and pans

• →

  Scrape, separate, and organize items prior to washing

• →

  Monitor and record dish-machine temperatures; report any low temperatures or malfunctions immediately

• →

  Set up and utilize a three-compartment sink for cleaning and sanitizing pots and pans

• →

  Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including sweeping, mopping floors, and removing trash

• →

  Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food and supply deliveries

• →

  Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety

• →

  Support dining and serving area setup as needed

• →

  Perform all duties in accordance with food safety and sanitation best practices

• →

  Other duties as assigned

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift

• Must be able to push and pull carts, racks, and equipment weighing up to 100 pounds with assistance

• Must be able to work in a hot, humid, and fast-paced kitchen environment

• Must be able to safely handle cleaning chemicals and operate dishwashing equipment

• Available to full-time employees after 90 days (accrued time may be used after six months)

• Available to employees averaging 30+ hours per week after 90 days

• Employee cost: $7.50 per week

• Available to full-time employees after 90 days

• Eligible after 1,000 hours worked in a plan year

• Governors Club matches $0.50 per $1.00 up to 5%

• Available to all employees after 90 days (Monday–Wednesday afternoons)

• Available to all employees after 90 days

• Provided daily at 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

• Including an annual holiday social in December

• Rate of Pay: Based on experience

• Status: Full-Time or Part-Time

• Hours: Flexible scheduling available

  • Full-Time: Average of 32+ hours per week after 90 days

  • Part-Time: Average of 31 or fewer hours per week after 90 days
