Greenergy is a national UK fuel supplier and a leading European manufacturer of waste-based renewables. To deliver fuel to our customers, we have a 24/7 in-house haulage operation made up of over 600 drivers and a fleet of over 200 tankers. Greenergy Flexigrid manages over 500 deliveries per day and operates out of over 20 depots nationwide, making over 182,000 deliveries to 3,100 customers each year.
We're looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join our HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is heavily focused on administration and coordination, making it ideal for someone with previous office administration experience who enjoys working with people, managing information accurately and keeping processes running efficiently. HR experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
Working closely with the HR team and Depot management, you’ll provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding through to HR systems, reporting and payroll administration. You’ll play an important role in ensuring our HR processes are accurate, efficient and provide a great experience for employees and managers.
This is a full-time role with hybrid working, including three days per week based in our new Tamworth office.
