The Lease Operations Associate - Data Validation and Contract Management will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all customer documentation and lease agreements. This includes meticulously validating data provided by customers, preparing and managing lease contracts, and ensuring all records are properly documented and sorted both physically and digitally. This role is crucial for a smooth onboarding process and maintaining compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities Data Validation & Compliance Rigorously review and verify all customer documentation and information, ensuring it meets company standards and regulatory requirements. Identify and promptly flag any discrepancies, missing documents, or fraudulent information. Contract Management Guide customers through the contract signing process, ensuring all necessary signatures and details are captured. Prepare and manage lease agreement templates and processes, ensuring all contracts are accurately drafted and executed. Maintain meticulous physical and digital copies of all lease agreements and related documentation in a secure and organized manner. Onboarding Support Work closely with the Lease Operations team to ensure a seamless transition for new customers from initial application to vehicle acquisition. Assist new lessees with any inquiries related to their documentation or the contract signing process. Cross-Functional Collaboration Liaise with the Customer Support and Finance teams to provide necessary documentation and information for their processes. Assist the Lease Operations Manager in implementing new strategies and processes to improve efficiency. Reporting & Recordkeeping Generate and maintain reports on data validation rates, contract completion status, and onboarding progress. Ensure all customer records are kept up to date and are easily accessible for review and auditing. Requirements Skills & Abilities: A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Law, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Experience with data entry, document management, or administrative tasks is highly preferred. Familiarity with contract management principles is an advantage. High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially for spreadsheets and document management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
