  • Actively engage with prospective customers, demonstrating empathy and a genuine commitment to our mission.

  • Support our global Sales Team and seek their guidance and best practices.

  • Collaborate across various departments within our global remote team to achieve common goals.

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a degree in a business-related field. Alternatively, equivalent work experience will be considered.

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of work experience, with a preference for at least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing-related roles.

  • High level of emotional intelligence with a customer-focused mindset

  • Ability to be creative and think outside the box • Highly motivated with a healthy competitive spirit

  • Resilience with the ability to accept failure and move forward with your team’s support

  • Advanced level of organization and attention to detail

  • Positive energy that facilitates honest and respectful communication • Ability to be both self-motivated AND work well as a team player

  • Flexibility to work effectively across different global time zones.

  • Experience working within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, with a preference for proficiency in Salesforce.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Customer Focus: Verbal & written communication skills that bring clarity and build trust.

  • Power of the Team: Motivated with a team-oriented mindset that aims to both inspire and be inspired by others.

  • Innovation: The courage to bring ideas forward and see yourself as an integral part of our global team.
