Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, practical, and proactive Health & Safety Technical Coordinator to join our team and help maintain a safe, secure, and compliant environment for our employees, guests, and local ecosystem. In this dynamic role, you will work hands-on across our facilities and grounds - supporting everything from routine safety inspections and fire safety drills to public health checks and our unique turtle conservation program.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular workplace health & safety inspections to ensure adherence to company standards and safety protocols.
• Proactively identify hazards, assess risks, recommend corrective actions, and rigorously follow up on outstanding action items until resolved.
• Assist with comprehensive incident investigations and support the preparation of detailed inspection reports and safety documentation.
• Support fire and life-safety inspections, as well as regular emergency drills.
• Assist with food safety, public health, and hygiene inspections across relevant operations.
• Assist with preparation for and coordination of external health and safety inspections by regulatory bodies.
• Support safety training sessions, orientations, and continuous awareness activities across the team.
• Assist with our community and environmental initiatives, including the turtle conservation program.
• Promptly escalate serious or significant safety concerns to the HSQ Manager.
