Job Title: High-Ticket Sales Representative – In-Home Care Solutions

Locations: Florida (Territory 1: St. Johns & Flagler Counties OR Territory 2: Putnam & Alachua Counties)

Job Type: Full-Time, Commission + Full Benefits & Training Pay
Are you a seasoned, high-energy sales hunter with a proven track record? Are you entirely unfazed by the word "no" and comfortable closing high-ticket monthly packages?
We are a fast-growing, rapidly expanding in-home care company, and we are looking for a relentless male or female Sales Professional to join our team. We sell high-value monthly care packages that genuinely change lives, and we need a top-tier producer who can match our speed, ambition, and premium offering.

If you have an ironclad work ethic, absolute integrity, and a team-first "jump in where needed" attitude, this is where you can write your own paycheck.

What You’ll Do (The Daily Grind):

  • Execute 100+ Touchpoints a Day: You will be burning up the phones, drop-ins, and emails. This is a high-volume, high-reward activity role.
  • Master HubSpot CRM: If it isn't in HubSpot, it didn't happen. You will own your pipeline, log every interaction, and execute flawless, relentless follow-ups.
  • Leverage Social Media: You will actively use social platforms to network, build brand presence, and generate organic leads within your territories.
  • On-the-Road Field Sales: You will use your own vehicle to meet families and clients directly in their homes across your designated territory (either St. Johns/Flagler or Putnam/Alachua).

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Sales Experience: You aren't new to the game. You have a documented track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets. 
  • High-Ticket Comfort: You know how to build deep value and confidently close premium, high-dollar monthly packages.
  • Fearless Resilience: You can be told "no" 99 times and bring the exact same energy to the 100th call. Objection handling is second nature to you.
  • Tech & CRM Savvy: Prior experience with HubSpot (or a major CRM) and social media prospecting is required.
  • Integrity & Grit: We work in home care. Doing the right thing by our families is non-negotiable.
  • Reliable Vehicle: You will use your own car to cover your territory (we provide a company gas card!).
