The Role
We are looking for an experienced Export Sales Manager who will play a key role in expanding our presence in international markets. In this role, you will be responsible for developing export opportunities, managing relationships with international customers and distributors, and ensuring that export operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, understands international trade processes, and has the ability to build strong business relationships across different markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand sustainable export markets by identifying new opportunities and building strong international distribution channels.
- Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with international customers, distributors, and key retail partners.
- Develop and implement export sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the company in international markets through distributor visits, trade fairs, and business meetings.
- Oversee the end-to-end export process, including order management, export documentation, logistics coordination, and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Collaborate with Finance, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to ensure timely payment confirmation, order processing, and delivery of export shipments.
- Support senior management in export budget planning, sales forecasting, and performance reporting while monitoring key export KPIs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in export sales or international market development, preferably within the manufacturing or FMCG sector.
- B2B experience is highly advantageous
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, international trade regulations, and global logistics processes.
- Proven ability to develop international markets and manage distributor relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
