Dishwasher - Hook it Up

Description

• →Wash and properly sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils and kitchen equipment
• →Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout dishwashing and kitchen areas
• →Keep cooks and service teams stocked with clean dishes and equipment
• →Remove trash and maintain designated waste and recycling areas
• →Clean floors, work surfaces and kitchen equipment as assigned
• →Properly use and store cleaning chemicals according to safety standards
• →Assist with basic kitchen cleaning and closing duties
• →Follow all sanitation, food safety and workplace safety procedures
• →Support the kitchen team wherever needed during busy service periods
• →Help maintain a clean, safe and efficient work environment
• →Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct supervisor, Executive Chef/Owner

Requirements

• →Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team
• →Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• →Ability to follow directions and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• →Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically active work
• →Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• →Previous restaurant or stewarding experience preferred, but not required
