HexArmor is currently seeking an enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join our Revenue Operations team as a Product Sales Representative (PSR). This individual will become very knowledgeable on our array of products in their assigned categories and will be qualifying inbound & outbound leads, determine fit, and convert sales/route to the appropriate sales channel. The position is a great fit for someone who enjoys consultative selling in a fast-paced environment and is looking to further grow in their sales career.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide product specific support to internal and external partners including inventory, pricing, and product information
- →Qualify product specific leads and initiate opportunity management both from inbound and outbound sources
- →Manage prospects through the sales cycle and maintain opportunity pipeline
- →Recommend product solutions using a consultative approach and manage product trials
- →Keep customer information and activity up to date in CRM database
- →Connect with target prospect using industry best practices across email, phone, chat, and social channels
- →Become an expert at CRM & other sales enablement sequences to organize and maximize prospecting efforts with target accounts
Requirements

- Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a part of a high-performing team
- Excellent customer service and organization skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly through phone/email to prospect and customers
- Ability to learn and use a CRM (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
- Ability to learn and use and interpret reporting metrics from company database (Tableau)
