Be the primary factory responsible for strategic sourcing activities by ensuring material availability, de- livery performance and cost competitiveness. Review regularly the demand and supply balance to an- ticipate changes. Manage assigned spend with a short term and medium-term sourcing strategy to meet targets on total cost of ownership, quality, and reliability of supplies. Focus on materials as- signed data management control end to end from the sales bidding process to invoice payments. Col- laborate with factory and HUB stakeholders to support the undertakings, project implementation. Take the ultimate accountability and approval authority, and review and assure the quality of the team’s op- eration in accordance with PG, BU, and HUB regulations and procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field
→
Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus
→
Advanced English (mandatory)
→
Spanish is a plus.
→
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
→
Experience with SAP S/4HANA
→
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Supply Chain certifications (e.g., CPIM or CSCM) is a plus.
→
Proven experience of at least 5 years in team management and leadership.
→
Full availability to work in Guarulhos.
