Horace Mann is seeking a consultative, relationship-driven Retirement Sales Representative to help educators plan for a secure retirement. In this remote role, you will be responsible for engaging educators and other clients through inbound inquiries and proactive outbound outreach to identify retirement planning needs and deliver tailored investment and income solutions. The representative will provide guidance on retirement readiness, accumulation strategies, and income planning, helping clients build long-term financial security and confidence.

Responsibilities

→$19.66 – $29.04 per hour, plus uncapped commission
→Compensation is commensurate with experience, location, and qualifications
