Position: Line Cook- Part-time and Full-time opportunities available! 

Status: Non-Exempt Hourly

Age Requirement: 16 Years old

Position Duties:

• Operation of Kitchen Equipment
• Proper Sanitation and Preventative Maintenance of Equipment
• Follow HACCP guidelines and complete Safety Temperature Sheets
• Follow Marzoni’s Standard for preparing quality food in a timely manner
• Stock line and prep food when needed by following FIFO: First in- First out
• Performing other duties as assigned or directed
