About the Role
~1 min readHP IQ is building intelligent products that combine AI, connected devices, and cloud services to create new user experiences. We are looking for a Beta Test Program Manager to build and lead our end-to-end user validation function, ensuring our products are shaped by real-world feedback throughout development.
In this role, you will design and operate programs that span internal alpha testing, customer pilots, and external beta releases. You will serve as the voice of the customer across product development, helping teams translate user feedback and usage data into actionable insights.
This is a highly hands-on role where you will both define how validation programs operate and run them day-to-day. You will work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to recruit and manage tester communities, implement validation tools and processes, and ensure customer feedback meaningfully influences product decisions.
