Strong organization, communication, follow-up, and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
CAPM, CSM, PMP training, or equivalent exposure.
Experience in SaaS, OTT, enterprise technology, or digital products, with a basic understanding of risk, dependency, and change management.
Strong ownership of assigned coordination activities, with reliable follow-through and documentation discipline.
A learning mindset with a willingness to take responsibility, along with clear communication and collaborative execution.

Responsibilities

→Support project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery trackers.
→Coordinate meetings, actions, decisions, and follow-ups across teams.
→Maintain RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
→Support sprint planning, backlog tracking, release coordination, and demos.
→Track dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests under guidance.
→Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Product, Design, and DevOps teams.
→Support stakeholder communication and the preparation of project updates.
→Help ensure project governance, documentation, and reporting standards are followed.
