Responsibilities

→Manage investment controlling for wind and solar energy projects, from financial close through the construction phase to ongoing operations;
→Monitor and manage all budgets, and prepare progress and financial reports for senior management;
→Lead centralised bank covenant management, including maintaining, monitoring, and updating the covenant register;
→Ensure compliance with all loan covenants, deadlines, disclosure, and reporting obligations;
→Analyse relevant financial indicators and project milestones, deriving strategic recommendations;
→Collaborate closely with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Project Management, and external lenders;
→Provide support with waivers, contract amendments, refinancing, and restructuring;
→Further develop processes, tools, and dashboards, ensuring high data quality, compliance, and proper documentation.

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a comparable discipline;
Several years of professional experience in Controlling, Covenant Management, Corporate Finance, Treasury, or a similar financial environment;
In-depth knowledge of financing and loan agreements, with the ability to analyse and assess complex legal and financial issues;
Strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a structured, independent approach to work;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with assertiveness and a proactive mindset;
Experience with controlling, covenant, or contract management tools is highly desirable;
Strong command of Ukrainian and English. German is a plus.
