HRSI is looking for Head of Operations for one of its leading client in Pakistan

• → Process Optimization
  • → Analyze and improve internal processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • → Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor success
• → Team Leadership
  • → Lead, mentor, and manage operations teams
  • → Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results
• → Budget & Resource Management
  • → Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
  • → Ensure optimal utilization of company resources
• → Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • → Work closely with departments such as finance, HR, and sales
  • → Ensure smooth coordination between teams
• → Risk & Compliance
  • → Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • → Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• → Performance Monitoring
  • → Track operational performance and report to senior leadership
  • → Drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 2+ years or more experience in operations or related roles
