JUNIOR MANAGEMENT POSITION – EMPLOYER BRANDING & EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint an experienced and seasoned professional for the following role:
Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing initiatives that enhance employee experience, strengthen organizational culture, and position as an employer of choice The role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability to drive engagement programs and elevate the company's employer brand across internal and external platforms.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Execute a comprehensive employee engagement strategy aligned with organizational goal
- →Plan and manage employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to improve workplace culture and satisfaction
- →Analyze engagement data and recommend actionable insights to senior management
- →Lead employer branding initiatives across digital, social media, and recruitment channels
- →Responsible for designing giveaways for engagement initiatives with alignment to company's branding guidelines
- →Plan and manage employee wellness initiatives (social, financial, physical & mental)
- →Design and manage DE&I programs, campaigns, and initiatives
- →Analyze workforce diversity metrics and employee engagement data and prepare dashboards and reports for leadership
- →Collaborate with HR and Branding to ensure consistent employer brand messaging
- →Support talent acquisition by promoting company's employer value proposition (EVP)
- →Organize events, campaigns, and recognition programs to boost morale and retention
- →Benchmark industry best practices and introduce innovative engagement solutions and plausibility of participating in HR Awards
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master's from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 1 - 2 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position
Requirements
~1 min read- Demonstrated ability to design and execute employee engagement and employer branding initiatives
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employee lifecycle, and organizational culture dynamics
- Experience in managing internal communication and employee engagement platforms/tools
- The candidate should preferably be not more than 33 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
