MIDDLE MANAGEMENT POSITION – SECURITY & VIGILANCE

To support the Company's security and vigilance function through the implementation and monitoring of protective security measures across operational locations, offices, and critical facilities. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating security preparedness activities, conducting risk assessments, supporting contingency and emergency response planning, and liaising with relevant government, law enforcement, and defense-related stakeholders on security matters. The role will also oversee the effective operation of technological security systems, including surveillance and access control infrastructure, while contributing to the protection, resilience, and continuity of Company operations.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist in the implementation and monitoring of security and vigilance measures across Company facilities and operational locations.
- →Conduct security risk and vulnerability assessments and recommend appropriate mitigation measures for assets, infrastructure and personnel.
- →Support the development, review, and execution of emergency response, contingency, and security preparedness plans.
- →Coordinate with relevant government authorities, law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and defense-related stakeholders on matters concerning security and operational readiness.
- →Assist in the planning and coordination of protective measures for critical Company assets and infrastructure to enhance resilience against evolving threats.
- →Monitor, manage, and evaluate the effectiveness of technological security systems, including CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, intrusion detection systems, perimeter security solutions, and related security technologies.
- →Ensure the operational readiness, maintenance, and periodic testing of security equipment and systems.
- →Monitor security incidents, investigate breaches or irregularities, and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
- →Prepare security assessments, reports, and recommendations for management to support informed decision-making.
- →Conduct security awareness activities, drills, and training initiatives to strengthen organizational preparedness.
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a Master's from an HEC-recognized or equivalent foreign university in Management, Business Administration, IR or Security Management.
- A retired Armed Forces officer (lieutenant colonel or equivalent rank) with minimum 20 years' experience, preferably 2 – 6 years in operational planning, critical infrastructure protection, air defense, security operations, or related fields.
- The candidate should preferably be not more than 40 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
