→Develop and maintain strong client relationships by identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts.

→Work closely with the creative, project management, and operations teams to create event concepts, prepare proposals, and oversee end-to-end event planning and execution.
→Monitor project timelines, budgets, and key deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
→Conduct post-event assessments, collect client feedback, and recommend strategies to improve services and encourage repeat business.
