The Role
- For both the pre-opening and on a daily basis, assist in the food planning and operation of An Dining
- Assist the Head Chef in purchasing and receiving for An Dining
- Actively cook and assist staff in all kitchen stations
- Help with menu development with the Head Chef
- Oversee cost control of operations
- Ensure food quality control
- Ensure sanitation & safety to meet any applicable law or regulation
- Garbage Management to ensure in line with Kutchan town guidelines
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Sous Chef experience desired
- Language skills: Japanese native or English fluency with conversational Japanese
- Computer skills - Microsoft Office
- Professional, courteous and friendly manner
- Natural team-leader with proven experience solving problems in a team environment
- Understanding on how to successful operate a kitchen in order to deliver the required covers
- Ability to take part in the local community, be respected and trusted by community stakeholders
- Shows high levels attention to detail and ability to organise work to achieve objectives and deadlines
Employment Package Details
Employment Period: Ongoing full time year round
Annual Salary: ¥5,800,000 to ¥7,000,000
(The above remuneration will be divided by 14 and paid monthly with two annual bonuses.)
Location: Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan
Working Hours:
Average 40 hours per week (shift times vary by season)
120 days off per year
Sick leave: 5 days- Annual paid leave: 10days (after 6 months of employment)

応募資格
●副料理長経験者が望ましい
●母国語レベルの日本語、初級レベル以上の英語
●コンピュータースキル- Microsoft Office
●プロフェッショナルで礼儀正しく親しみやすい
●チーム環境の問題を解決した実績があり、リーダー気質がある
●キッチンを円滑に操作するための方法を理解する
●細部まで注意力をもち、目標と期限を達成するための作業整理能力
