Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within assigned accounts

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the telecom market

  • Lead sales activities and coordinate internal resources to ensure successful project delivery

  • Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions and value propositions

  • Prepare and deliver commercial proposals and business plans

  • Monitor pipeline and sales performance, proactively addressing risks and opportunities

  • Contribute to the overall business development strategy of Huawei in Romania

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

  • At least 3 years of experience in telecom sales or account management in Romania

  • Strong understanding of the local telecommunications market

  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships at both technical and business levels

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to identify opportunities and build competitive sales strategies

  • Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration mindset

  • Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven approach

  • Fluent in English and in Romanian
