Through innovation, data, and people, we’re shaping the future of the construction industry worldwide and helping the build better.   Minimum Qualifications   Role Purpose The Telesales Representative is responsible for generating revenue through outbound sales activity by selling Hubexo’s SaaS product, LeadManager Lite, to small and medium-sized businesses within the construction industry.   Key Responsibilities Prospect through a range of sources new opportunities for Hubexo’s LeadManager lite product. Conduct high-volume outbound calls to SME customers within the construction industry Sell LeadManager Lite by clearly communicating product value and customer benefits Achieve individual sales targets and activity KPIs Build rapport and engage decision-makers professionally Accurately record all customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems Manage follow-ups to maximise conversion Participate in coaching, training, and Hubexo Academy learning programs Work collaboratively within the sales team and uphold Hubexo values   Key Skills & Attributes Strong verbal communication and listening skills Confidence engaging customers via phone-based sales Resilience and persistence in a target-driven environment Results-focused, competitive, and motivated to earn Willingness to learn and develop sales capability   Experience Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (telesales, appointment setting, customer service, call centre) B2B, SaaS, or construction industry exposure advantageous but not essential Fresh graduates who are motivated and eager to kickstart their career in Sales are highly encouraged to apply.   Performance Measures Sales revenue and target achievement Conversion rates and outbound activity levels CRM accuracy and compliance Engagement with training and development   Why You’ll Love Working at Hubexo Launch and Grow Your Sales Career This role is designed as a stepping stone into more experienced sales roles across the business.
