Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

Join the team at Hyatt Regency Houston Downtown as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. Located in the heart of downtown Houston, our hotel offers 955 guest rooms, 4 F&B outlets and more than 71,000 square feet of meeting and event space, creating an exciting environment for business travel, conventions, dining -and special events.

The role works as a team with other F&B Managers and supervisors to support the F&B operations of the hotel. Responsibilities may include scheduling and training, driving revenue, managing a team of hourly colleagues, resolving guest concerns and upholding a high level of Customer Service, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This is a hands-on role that supports the team by guiding and working alongside them. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful. 

This position requires open schedule availability; including evening shifts and will include weekends and holidays.
