Description 

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible to function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the restaurants operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.

• Ideally with a university degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or Tourism management.
• At least 5 years experience as an Operations Manager or Restaurant Manager in restaurant operations within luxury hospitality or high-end free-standing restaurant concepts, with premium steakhouse or fine dining experience preferred.
• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines
• Strong communication, service and leadership skills. 
• Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must, and event service experience an asset.
• Good command in English both speaking and writing
