We are seeking a Vice President, Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, multi-platform solutions while driving our engineering roadmap forward. This role blends deep technical expertise with strong execution, helping us deliver high-quality products and unlock the potential of AI-driven innovation.
Responsibilities

- →Design and implement scalable architectures across platforms, including Salesforce, internal systems, and external partners
- →Oversee the full software development lifecycle from planning through production support
- →Establish and maintain high standards for code quality, security, testing, and system performance
- →Define and lead Salesforce architecture strategy, including platform integrations and enhancements
- →Evaluate and manage technology vendors and partners to ensure long-term scalability and reliability
- →Drive development of AI-enabled applications using modern tools and frameworks
- →Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including technical leadership and architecture
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-quality systems at scale
- Expertise in multi-platform architecture and enterprise system integrations
- Strong experience with Salesforce technologies and modern development tools such as JavaScript, Python, or similar
- Experience applying AI or machine learning technologies in real-world environments
- Deep understanding of modern development practices such as continuous integration and agile delivery
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across technical and non-technical teams
- Interest in using AI tools to enhance productivity and drive innovation
