We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support a General Partner and Partner on our Venture & Growth investment team. This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises excellent judgment, and takes a proactive approach to keeping senior executives organized and focused on their priorities. As part of Venture & Growth, you will support a team that partners with founders defining the future of their industries to transform the world.

Responsibilities

  • →Own and proactively manage complex, high-volume calendars across internal and external commitments.
  • →Coordinate domestic and international travel, including complex itineraries and changes that may arise on short notice.
  • →Serve as a trusted partner in managing the day-to-day flow of executive activities, anticipating needs and helping ensure priorities are addressed.
  • →Maintain accurate and timely information in Salesforce, including prospect and portfolio company interactions, follow-ups, and action items.
  • →Partner closely with other members of the ICONIQ support team and colleagues across the firm to ensure seamless coordination and execution.
  • →Develop and implement systems and processes that improve administrative efficiency and effectiveness.
  • →Manage monthly expense reporting and provide thoughtful, discreet support for select personal administrative matters for the General Partner.
  • →Respond flexibly to time-sensitive priorities, including occasional needs outside of standard business hours.

 

  • 7+ years of experience providing executive administrative support, with significant responsibility for complex calendars, travel, and day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives in private equity, investment banking, and/or consulting environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities accurately and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence and presence to work effectively with colleagues at all levels as well as external counterparts.
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence, with the ability to navigate complex situations diplomatically.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and identify creative solutions.
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and technologies is a plus. We value team members who are curious about leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and drive innovation.
