Build Relationships. Make an Impact. Earn Without Limits.

ServiceMaster Restore by ELE is independently owned and operated, proudly serving homeowners, businesses, and property professionals throughout Anne Arundel County and surrounding communities. We're a growing local business backed by one of the most trusted names in disaster restoration. As we expand throughout the region, we're looking for an ambitious relationship-builder to help us become the go-to restoration company for water, fire, mold, storm, and specialty cleaning services.

If you're energetic, outgoing, competitive, and motivated by unlimited earning potential, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

You'll build relationships with:

  •  Plumbers
  •  HVAC contractors
  •  Roofing contractors
  •  Realtors
  •  Facility managers
  •  Local business owners
  •  Community organizations
Your mission is simple: create partnerships that lead to restoration opportunities while helping local families and businesses recover from unexpected property damage.

Why This Role Is Different

When a pipe bursts at 2 a.m., a business experiences a fire loss, or a homeowner discovers mold, they need help fast.

The relationships you build today can make all the difference tomorrow.

  •  Wants to grow with a local company
  •  Has reliable transportation
Sales experience is helpful but not required. We can teach restoration. We can't teach enthusiasm, work ethic, and a positive attitude.

Compensation includes:

  • $700 weekly draw during your first 60 days
  • Uncapped commission on jobs generated
  • Performance bonuses
  •  Flexible schedule
  •  Growth and advancement opportunities
  •  Ongoing training and support
High performers can earn $70,000-$120,000+ annually.
