ServiceMaster Restore has been that trusted name for years, and we're looking for a relationship-driven salesperson to help more people find us when they need us most.

Package

Base Salary of $60k per year.
Monthly performance commission on your client referrals.
Residual & renewal commissions on your client referrals - NO CAP!
The better you are at your job, the more you will make. Top performers can double their base salary.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters and referral partners
Generate new business through prospecting, networking groups, and local events
Actively communicate with Emergency Response teams to support incoming opportunities
Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities using CRM tools
Present our services and secure ongoing referral partnerships
Work closely with Emergency Response teams on active opportunities
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency leads, with the opportunity to earn commission
Support homeowners and partners throughout the restoration process
Meet and exceed monthly goals
