We are looking for a professional Chef de Partie

This position will be responsible in the preparation of all foods as indicated in the menu

plan, recipes, and methods for his/her areas. He is responsible to take care of all orders from

his/her immediate supervisor on duty, pertaining to specific assignments that may arise without

notice, due to special functions, itinerary or other unforeseen changes.

Ensures that all foods are prepared fresh and is of the highest standard for taste and food safety

Strictly follows all recipes, methods, and instructions from his supervisor

Maintain menus and food quality to standards

Be responsible to control food cost in the restaurant.

Control food waste

Check on all equipment in your areas that must be fixed and report to the Chef

Prepare food for service (shopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)

Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

Answer, report, and follow chef’s instructions

Clean up the station and take care of leftover food

Stock inventory appropriately

Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion

Ability to work morning and evening shifts

Years of experience

Positive attitude

Teamwork mentality.
