As a Senior Specialist Sales Operations on our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team, working hand-in-hand with our customers to enable them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building long-lasting partnerships that thrive on success. Are you in? Your Role Step into a key role within our collaborative team dedicated to building strong, professional relationships with our valued customers. Key responsibilities in your new role * Serve as the first entry point for customer inquiries and provide timely, first-level responses while efficiently channeling requests internally * Manage guided escalations to ensure swift resolution of issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction * Prepare and support commercial offers in collaboration with business units and account managers using SAP CRM tools * Support monthly sales forecast updates by assisting account managers with data entry and analysis in regional or product-specific areas * Coordinate data for pricing agreements and track fulfillment by preparing, adjusting, and updating volume price agreement information * Process customer sample requests and support opportunity management by tracking and expediting delivery of samples and assisting with data entry into CRM systems * Produce simple analysis and routine reports as guided by the supervisor, contributing to ongoing process improvements and account management Your Profile Bring your strong communication, organization, and service skills to our dynamic environment, where your proactive, responsible approach is valued and encouraged. Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Possess a college degree or 1–5 years relevant work experience in a similar field (mandatory) * Demonstrate ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams (mandatory) * Have customer service or sales support experience and a service-oriented mindset (mandatory) * Exhibit good interpersonal and communication skills in English (mandatory); German skills are appreciated (preferred) * Show responsiveness, organizational strength, and attention to detail (mandatory) * Bring familiarity with quality management principles and product change notifications (PCNs) (preferred) * Experience working independently and following established procedures while welcoming guidance and feedback from colleagues and supervisors (mandatory) Contact: Alan Olivarez, LinkedIn #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
