As a Senior Specialist Talent Acquisition on our Corporate Functions team, you will be at the heart of our organization. You will develop strategies, refine processes, and implement initiatives that empower our business to thrive.  Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer negotiation and onboarding support Partner with Hiring Managers and Human Resources Business Partners to define hiring needs and deliver agreed service levels Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for complex and hard-to-fill roles Build and maintain an active talent pipeline using databases, job portals, social media, networking, and referrals Provide talent mapping and market insights to support workforce and hiring decisions Ensure accurate documentation and compliant processes, including references and background checks, throughout hiring Collaborate with global and local Human Resources teams and external search partners to continuously improve hiring effectiveness Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field   5-8 years of talent acquisition experience including end-to-end recruiting for complex, niche, or leadership roles   Experience recruiting for technology domains such as semiconductor, engineering, and information technology talent markets   Demonstrated ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence hiring decisions in a matrixed, global environment   Expertise in strategic sourcing, talent attraction, employer branding, workforce planning, and recruitment marketing   High attention to detail with strong focus on data accuracy, compliance, and process excellence   Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office applications, and strong relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders #LI-MM #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
