platform teams, and translate them into architecture, detailed design, and
high-quality implementation. Design, develop, and maintain Python-based
frameworks, CLI tools, libraries, and services that automate build,
configuration, code generation, test, and validation activities. Design and build **agentic AI pipelines** that
automate engineering tasks Build GenAI solutions using prompt engineering,
retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) over specifications and code bases,
embeddings and vector search, and tool-calling and multi-agent orchestration.
Evaluate output quality, safety, latency, and cost. Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build,
test, static analysis, coverage, packaging, and release. Apply MLOps/LLMOps
practices for model, prompt, and agent versioning, evaluation, and deployment. Drive tools and frameworks that scale across
multiple projects and sites, with a focus on robustness, operability, and
supportability. Uphold coding standards, and conduct code and design
reviews using OOP principles and design patterns. Troubleshoot complex issues across toolchains,
pipelines, and embedded targets, and drive root-cause analysis and timely

(e.g., Infineon AURIX, NXP S32, Renesas RH850) and their toolchains. Experience with SIL/HIL validation, test automation
tools, and requirements/traceability tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion, Jama) Experience with MLOps/LLMOps tools (e.g., MLflow,
DVC, evaluation and observability tooling) and containerization (Docker,
Kubernetes). #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
