Line Cook

Jake’s Unlimited is building a new made-to-order culinary operation, and we’re looking for experienced Line Cooks to help bring it to life.

This is not a buffet cook position. We’re building a true line team focused on made-to-order execution, quality, consistency, ticket times, and great food. You’ll work a dedicated station, prepare food to order, and be part of a kitchen team focused on delivering an elevated guest dining experience.

If you have restaurant line experience, know how to handle a rush, and take pride in putting out quality food, we want to meet you.

• →Prepare and cook made-to-order menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• →Set up, stock, and maintain your assigned station for service
• →Execute orders with speed, accuracy, and consistency
• →Complete daily prep and production to support service
• →Maintain proper portioning, presentation, and food quality
• →Communicate with the kitchen team to keep tickets moving during busy periods
• →Follow food safety, temperature, sanitation, and allergen procedures
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation
• →Complete opening, closing, and assigned kitchen responsibilities
• →Support restaurant, birthday, catering, and event food production as needed

• Previous line cook or comparable made-to-order restaurant experience required
• Comfortable working a station in a fast-paced kitchen
• Able to execute multiple tickets while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Hardworking, dependable, and punctual
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Able to follow recipes, portion standards, and established procedures
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities during a rush
• Takes pride in food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and consistency
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• $17–$20 per hour, depending on experience
