Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

→Experience supporting healthcare, hospital, or mission-critical facility environments.
→Familiarity with building automation systems, CMMS platforms, and control room technologies.
→Knowledge of local building codes, operational compliance requirements, and safety standards.
→Experience supporting facility upgrades, operational transitions, or capital improvement projects.
→Understanding of KPI tracking, operational analytics, and performance improvement initiatives.
→Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
→Previous experience participating in continuous improvement or operational excellence programs.

Location: Onsite

Scheduled: 1st Shift/Morning Shift Monday Thru Friday.

What We Offer

85,000.00 – 97,000.00 USD per year

Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
