In this role, you will combine strategic lifecycle planning with hands-on ownership of marketing automation, segmentation, personalization, and campaign infrastructure. You will design connected customer journeys that support onboarding, product adoption, re-engagement, renewals, and upgrades across multiple channels and customer segments. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Engineering, you will turn behavioral and product-usage data into relevant experiences and measurable business outcomes. • Support marketing technology integrations and workflow configuration, collaborating with technical teams on APIs, webhooks, field mappings, JSON payloads, identity resolution, and reliable data flows between systems.

  • Oversee platform operations, vendor coordination, audience refresh schedules, send-volume forecasting, and marketing technology usage costs.

  • Evaluate emerging Salesforce and AI capabilities and identify practical opportunities to improve lifecycle marketing execution.

  • Develop warm handoff workflows based on product-led growth signals, customer engagement, and buying intent, partnering with Sales to establish service-level agreements and feedback loops.

  • Equip sales teams with targeted collateral, sequencing playbooks, and automated cadences to support effective customer engagement.

  • Lead ongoing campaign experimentation across audiences, messaging, channels, and timing, using A/B testing and performance analysis to improve results.

  • Track and report on retention, adoption, conversion, attribution, sales handoff performance, sales team adoption, and pipeline impact, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.

  • Manage campaign execution team members supporting customer marketing and acquisition, while coordinating priorities across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product, Creative, Analytics, Customer Service, and external partners.

  • Take on additional responsibilities and strategic initiatives as business needs evolve.
