Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm


Job Summary: The Faculty Development Program Manager provides program and project management support for faculty and leadership development initiatives for the University. Designs, coordinates, and implements faculty and leadership development programs for all levels of faculty. Manages faculty recognition initiatives and award processes through the promotion of faculty accomplishments and increasing awareness of university-wide recognition opportunities.


Additional Department Summary: Works collaboratively with staff, campus partners, faculty, and academic leaders to ensure effective planning, implementation, communication, and assessment of faculty development efforts.


Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of higher education experience; OR master's degree and two (2) years of higher education experience.


Preferred Qualifications: Experience in faculty development, academic affairs, or leadership development within a higher education setting. Experience managing multiple programs or projects simultaneously. Experience coordinating faculty awards or recognition programs. Experience with program assessment and continuous improvement. Project management training or certification.
