This is a strategic business development role focused on expanding pharmacy and healthcare partnerships across the 340B ecosystem. You will build relationships with Covered Entities and healthcare organizations while driving adoption of specialized behavioral health pharmacy services. The role combines consultative selling, field-based relationship development, account growth, and healthcare industry expertise. You will engage directly with hospital systems, federally qualified health centers, rural health centers, clinics, and other eligible organizations. Success will depend on your ability to build trust with healthcare leaders, identify opportunities, and turn relationships into long-term partnerships. This is a multi-state territory offering significant autonomy, travel, and the opportunity to contribute to improved medication access and patient outcomes.

  • Identify, engage, and develop relationships with 340B Covered Entities and healthcare organizations to establish new pharmacy partnerships and expand market presence across the assigned territory.

  • Develop and execute business development strategies that increase 340B pharmacy relationships, prescription volume, and service adoption among both prospective and existing partners.

  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to healthcare organizations by understanding their operational needs, demonstrating value, and developing mutually beneficial long-term relationships.

  • Build relationships with hospital systems, federally qualified health centers, FQHC look-alikes, rural health centers, STD clinics, behavioral health organizations, and other relevant Covered Entities.

  • Represent the organization at national and regional 340B conferences while participating in state and local industry organizations to strengthen relationships and stay current on market developments.

  • Maintain strong relationships with prescribers, clinic staff, and healthcare stakeholders through regular in-person engagement and ongoing account development.

  • Act as the primary liaison between the organization and provider offices during onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from initial sale to ongoing account support.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate account implementation, support successful handoffs, and address customer needs throughout the partnership lifecycle.

  • Monitor prescription and account volume on a monthly basis and proactively engage with provider offices when opportunities or issues require attention.
